about my love for vpets
I loved virtual pets as a kid, and spent most of my 5th grade on NeoPets. something about a tiny world you could put into your hand or browser really got me (and still does). I didn't get back into the hobby of vpets until late 2018/early 2019, when I discovered a picture of the tama m!x on Pinterest. a lot has changed since then (including the price of these babies), but over the years I've been able to play some amazing virtual pets.
this is a list of all the virtual pets I currently own. I have owned other ones but this page is meant to reflect my current collection. hover over a picture to learn more about my opinions on that vpet.

p1 rerelease
released in: YEAR
year added to collection: 2022

notes: p1/p2 re-releases are so boring, imo. I bought this one not to play, but to decorate and painted it like a strawberry. it is fully functional, but I only use it as decoration.
v5 - famitama
released in: YEAR
year added to collection: 2023
guides:
notes: honestly, I don't love this one, I haven't played it too much in depth yet but I don't really enjoy it. I made my own key out of clay since the key that originally came with this was missing. I will give this another go and potentially sell it.

notes: I had almost bought the original of this shell online, but I am so glad I waited! I was able to find this at an official bandai pop up shop I just so happened to be at when I was visiting a friend at a gatchapon event somewhere in Tokyo.
